1. How do I make a purchase?

  • Once you have found something you desire to purchase, choose your size and click on “ADD TO CART” on the product page
  • Review the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking “MY CART”
  • Click on “CHECK OUT” once you’re absolutely sure
  • Fill in your Shipping Details
  • Click on “COMPLETE ORDER”
  • Follow the instructions on your Order Confirmation Email

3. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please contact a Customer Service representative (via WhatsApp or e-mail us info@avaprologue.com) to place an international order. We will get back to you with complete information on currencies, shipping fee, etc and help to make it happen. 

5. How much do you charge for shipping?
We always pick express shipping if it’s available for your address with the consideration of our beaded items which need extra attention during shipping process.  Our domestic shipping company partners offers regular and express types of shipping which vary in cost. See shipping prices.

6. How long does delivery take?
Place your order & complete payment by 12pm Western Indonesian Time, Monday – Friday, to qualify for exact day delivery. Note that we don’t ship on weekends for now. Any purchase made on weekends will be shipped on the next available working day. Depends on where you are but your order should arrive between 1-2 days for express shipping and 3-5 days (perhaps more) for regular shipping.

7. What is your return & exchange policy?

Aside of our items are produced in limited quantities using delicate fabrics and craftsmanship embellishment, we have a consideration that any purchased items are not eligible for exchanges.  Therefore, please make sure that you are comfortable with the style and measurement before confirming your order.
